Mission
Our mission for Pearls of The World LLC is to be the top mentoring program in the world! Our program is targeted to touch the lives of young girls ages 5 to 18 years old who have an absent parent due to addiction, incarceration, or death. Our goal is to partner with local school districts, state-sponsored programs, and community groups to connect, empower, and encourage these girls to reach for their dreams while building the confidence and structure to do so. Having a girls program ensures that these girls have a role model(s) that will help and assist them with being the best version of themselves.
Objective
Our goal is to ensure that young girls, from 5 to 18 years of age are equipped with what they need to thrive despite the absence of their biological parents. We will provide an on-going 6-week program focusing on self-care, self-awareness, self-esteem, and team building, to cultivate leadership skills and a positive narrative to combat the fear, neglect, and hardship these girls are challenged with. Each program will be organized by age group so that the girls receive relatable support at their level of understanding and application
